Nobody knows how Zelenskyy travels inside Ukraine. But because of the Russian air surveillance of Ukrainian airspace, most likely not with an aircraft. Outside Ukraine, he mainly uses government aircraft of friendly countries because Russia will not dare to shoot down a government aircraft of a NATO country.
Because the NATO air surveillance of the Russian airspace is much better than the Russian one, Putin can't even fly around secretly in Russia.
