The lad Duran, quickly looking around the web there’s not a lot about his early life, you need to know these thing’s to form an opinion about him when you hear so much negativity. From what I’ve heard he hasn’t had a silver spoon early life, he appears to have got himself where he is by sear hard work, and if this is true we should move heaven & earth to get him, develop him and reap the rewards.
