When I was a lad football at the weekend was just what you did. It was a working class thing. Now it all £50 tickets and expensive trains. No wonder the atmosphere has gone it's all middle class now. I like European games now, atmosphere is fucking mental with Euro ultras. WHY? Because you can still get a fucking ticket for €10
@@anthony6800 wouldn’t say that. They’ve been louder this season, but nothing breathtaking. They’ve only made some noise because they’re top of the league, for years they’ve been awful at home. It’s not known most rivals as the library for nothing.

It’s coz of our ticket prices that most fans are like 50-60 and the fans that can start chants and no the chants simply can’t afford the premier league games and a lot of is due to our god damn owner who hasn’t put a penny into arsenal or cares about football in general

They seem to have copied Millwall fans with that long drawn out build up to their chant, and although they're noisy enough alright, with the Palace fans it all seems so choreographed and contrived. I'm thinking they're wishing to achieve that genuine spine tingling atmosphere that can be experienced at Millwall and who knows, maybe one day they will.
