Access issues are something we all have to think about as we and our family members age. This is a particular concern if there aren’t any bedrooms or bathrooms on the main level.

I love these colors, but to see them on decorations it gets me down. I love colors that bring your mood up. My colors are blue, white gray, cream and green. I want to see more green and blues with my decorations.

Hi Bev! What a treat to watch another segment of your fall decorating! I am in the midst of a big mess and decorating/cleaning an area at a time. When I added my twig, greenery and dark blue leaves to use as a mantel garland, I kept saying to myself, “intertwine each one like Bev does” and it looks great. Your candle cupboard arrangement is gorgeous and when you do the complete tour, I hope we can see it in evening splendor! I have had so many faux pas moments in my haste to save time LOL, and some were not fixable! Thanks for sharing yours and how to fix it. Looking forward to the next one…..thank you Bev!

I have the identical fabric! I made a table cloth ,added a French design matching fabric for each side of cloth to widen. Made drapes and wide valance for huge bay windows,about 7 years ago. I love it just as much today.

Cant wait for Sunday 😀 Just spent the last 2 days doing my livingroom & front porch. Christmas takes me at least 2 to 3 weeks and I swear I am going to start Sept first,every year! I get ready for fall, then add in some Halloween. I have trick-or-treaters that come to see if my big tree is up, so I try not to dissapoint. I really enjoy just the undecorated simple tree for a few days, while I let it rest. Thank You for your styling ideas and sharing your lovley home ❤ Your right that garland looked like it was made for that piece, also never knew that blow dryer trick, cant wait to try it! ❤❤❤

Love the simplicity of this decor arrangement, just enough different textures and the colors are a perfect match to the hutch. The adornment up high on top of the hutch, is great use of that upper space and move your eyes around the room! Just love your videos, very inspiring!

Oh Bev! I was sick when I saw the side of your cabinet! We all have those “what the heck was I thinking” moments. Thanks for the tip on removing the marks. I just did exactly the same thing with my guest room drapes! LOL! In my case, I was too lazy to hem them. 😊

Bev, OM goodness, the mark from your iron on the side of your hutch. I did the very same thing to both sides of my stained old hutch. I was not thinking and I decided to use my steamer to iron out the wrinkles on my runner I had on top. I cried!!!!! I don’t know if a blow dryer could fix it because it is a stained hutch, not painted. I’m still sick about it. One of those duh! moments for sure.

How did you know to use heat on the wood cabinet?? I have one on my nightstand caused by putting a warm garment from the dryer on top of the lace doily and it caused the lacquer melt on to it and leave a pattern on the wood. Doubt it can help that situation, but hopefully it can't hurt to try the hairdryer. Can't wait to see the completed room and the decorating marathon. Love what you've accomplished already.
