I did not see any signs that say you can't fly, so It took off while hiking the main loop, but I landed after about 10 minutes when I was approached by one of the local guides who asked me not to fly, as he said it "bothers" the wildlife. If you are absolutely set on flying, I'd recommend not taking off in the touristic parts or near people, and then you'll likely have no one say anything to you.
