Azure Private Link Service is a networking feature that allows Azure service providers to offer their services privately within Azure. This service enables Azure customers to access various Azure services (and services hosted on Azure by other providers) over a private connection, without traversing the public internet. It extends the capabilities of Azure Private Link by allowing you to not only connect to Azure PaaS services privately but also to offer your own services on Azure securely and privately to other Azure customers.
Azure Private Link Service works by allowing service providers to create a Private Link Service on their Azure resources (such as VMs or services behind an Azure Load Balancer). This service is then made accessible to consumers through Private Endpoints, which consumers create in their own VNets. The service provider's resource is assigned an alias (a globally unique name), which consumers use to connect to the service privately.
