Make sure you use sequence fir correct engine type, as title says STC engine as non STC engine is different sequence and specifications, the other common issue is inlet manifold/aftercooer gaskets to cylinder heads are dimpled tin type and fret away and leak boost, squirting a little combustible spray between rocker boxes and back of manifold will see a rise in rpm if leaking or if you dont like to do running then smoke bomb in inlet intake and see wisps of smoke from down behind manifold at rocker boxes

Make sure its run have with HEALTHY PERFORMANCE!! set the time to give time engine oil spread to all place before it's full run... Got it? How come your enginet push without oil on TURBO and all important place like crankshaft, camshafts, area top head and piston ring!!!!!
Following the horsepower engine, each type have own PETFECT 100% setting, all on UA-cam mostly set SOSO, Just follow what wrote on engine SPEC, only engineering can change the TUNING to another horsepower perfectly without ruin or give effect on engine...
