im not sure why you continue going to a chiropractor :/ there's a reason REAL doctors ask if you've ever been adjusted. manual adjustments are so dangerous, if you even slightly move it's possible to get seriously injured. it's very much a pseudoscience and it's scary you continue to promote these practices to your viewers.
hey, I totally understand what you are saying. And you're opinion on it is valid. BUT I have to disagree when you say I'm specifically PROMOTING, verbalizing/ recommending for OTHERS to go. I'm just going about my day and showing clips as I would in all vlogs. I rarely show the chiro maybe 1-2x a year now? I personally find a lot of relief for my specific tensions and issues. It's not a magical fix, or a must do or in your opinion anything at all. I wouldn't tell anyone to do anything with their body since we all bring different things to the table. For example, I'm on medication for adhd, but I'm not telling everyone to also go to get evaluated and medicated just because I reference them in my own day? It's the same way some did not enjoy me going to the CB concert. Because they have their own opinions which ARE valid but I shouldn't particularly change my life unless I hold the same opinions. Same with breast implant illness. I should probably get these things cut out, but I will when I specifically have an issue.
just by tagging my nail techs, hair stylist, chiros, tattoo artist.. i'm giving credit to who i'm featuring but not in anyways telling anyone what to do with themselves, their time, bodies or money. It's a double edge sword, you don't credit service providers and you also get eaten alive.

Your chiropractor visit looked great. I don't like the neck traction. Did it hurt? My neck would be soar for days.
I get it done often and I'm not ever sore unless it's the knots in my shoulders. my neck usually comes in sore so it leaves very loose/light. And I take an awesome nap that day.
