I worked for a company that had 2 small JD 440 skidders a C model and a later D model the d was about 2 feet longer than the c and about a foot wider due to the dish in the rims it was a lot better on hills .Say what you will but ive never seen any skidder in thier class ever pull with these little brutes,i never had any experience with the bigger JD skidders so i cant tell anyone how they are but we put tnose 2 .440 s to work every day for 4. years with very little trouble at the end of four years i got a better paying job,but i enjoyed that kind of work,,guess im nuts!!!now at 66 years old i know i couldnt handle that lifestyle !

con todo respeto pero creo que sobrecarga mucho la maquina, ademas los árboles no están desramados, sería mas productivo y menos dañino para el skidder llevar menos arboles por ciclo
Y porque putas no derraman los árboles para que no bataye esa mugre y dejé de andar rascando la tierra por todos lados que los cortan con los dientes que no le pueden quitar la rama oh que honda

Estimado... Javier... Los terrenos en el sur de Chile son muy blandos por eso la necesidad de utilizar este tipo de skidder... Además al utilizar hinche, permite que el equipo se posicione en la parte alta de la ladera y desde ahí tirar la carga para no provocar mucha erocion que es lo que se busca... Realizar el menor impacto en el suelo...
