  • This video demonstrates an unusual mixed movement disorder in a woman aged 59 years, who had right hand tremor at rest with bradykinesia and dystonic posturing of the left upper limb with choreiform but relatively patterned movements of the left upper and lower limbs. Gait showed reduced arm swing on the right side with dystonic posturing on the left side. There were incidental orobuccal movements in the setting of a trial of risperidone (A), which resolved following discontinuation on review 6 weeks later (B).
