It could only happen when a player plays solo and I'm sure if they were to hit their third whammy, they wouldn't risk a fourth as they would return to play the next day because they would be automatically declared the winner being the only one left in the game!
Yes he deserved most of the blame but had Dorothy avoided the Whammy on her last spin, she would had won. So it's partly her fault and the Whammy's. For the outcome.

I would have loved to see an incident where all 3 players were eliminated from the game because they would have all received 4 whammys.
