I’ve bought this warmer, but unfortunately is not compatible with medela Calma bottle and Dr Brown’s 40 mm, is there any adapter or should I made return? I have only 4 adapters, missing one Thank you

I just recently bought this product and it doesn’t work, and it way disappointing. I use momcozy milk bags, the portable pumps and the corded bottle heater for my home. I bought this portable bottle warmer since we are flying out soon, and I knew y’all were reliable….but I charged it completely, turned it on, select the temp, press play and it just continues flashing the temp and then turns off. Every time. 😢

How do you know when the heating process has been completed? Does it auto shut off once it has reached the desired temperature?
