    In the second example,can we do this for two or more coulmns.

      Yes, multiples options depending on report. If the metric unit is almost same like oil consumption, you can keep same threshold but apply second logic inside the measure with && or ||. Other option is having the second threshold values in another slicer and again applying in the measure referring to both this time. Hope this is helpful:)

    These "filter measures" are only possible at Visual level and not Page level?

      Yes exactly, at this time only possible at visual level

    Can you explain how the values function used here ,since it is a table function and VALUES(dim_year[YEAR]) is getting evaluated with a scaler value(YEAR(TODAY)).I am thinking why this is not generate an error cos table values is evaluated with a scaler value.

      Good question, if we were to bring this inside a visual where aggregation happens it will throw an error saying single value was expected. However here we don't use it as aggregate, we iterate through list of values and keep those meeting condition to use as filter

      Interesting .But at least can we start to write this without generating an error in a measure.Forget the visual.
