I need help. I bought this for my wife last week she tried is a few times and it started grinding. I contacted Tech support. They had me try a few things. Now the Machine is worse. It won't move. I need this to go back to you for a refund. So we can decide what to do next. Please someone help. I paid good money for this!!!!
