What's the "oath of fury" for? Do you just use it everytime it becomes available?

When her crit rate reaches 50% it will automatically appear
Once used the speed of your serpent blade will increase
You will see the back and forth animation of your blade will speed up

But if you sell your items and reduce your crit rate it will return back to normal

I'd prefer 1st since it can deal critical damage
Your 2nd is only for slowing down your target and it has a low scaling damage
You can max your 2nd if you want that 50% slow

Once activated the atkspd animation of your 1st will increase
