Ohh man, even I would admit if I missed Jessica, and Harvey's smile was confirmation...🤣🤣🤣
Anybody notice and like how Harvey breaks the fourth wall and looks at us in certain scenes like when he walked out, no, strutted out of Louis' office? I love it
I love how the bad guy paused before saying the name of the firm as if to think of which one of the name changes happened to most recently. 😂
Jessica was one of the greatest characters of the show, top tier
A chess master for sure. Every scene with her she stole it.
@@FlyingSpeedyShe didn't steal them. Her star just always outshines everyone else. Gina Torres has something about her.
"You look retired" 💀💀💀💀
So Donna likes to tell Harvey you have a problem but in any work place you can't make everyone happy it won't happen
Yeah well, the least you can do is keep your only partner who stayed behind after Jessica left happy
Ugh these later seasons where Donna magically goes from a half decent secretary of one lawyer to the chief operating officer of the entire firm in one night was roooooooough. This show really should have ended things when Mike left.
Then we don't get many levels of donna, louis, harvey, ect seeing them their growtb
Ugh. Maybe you should have stopped watching it when Mike left. The world doesn’t revolve around you.
Half decent ?
Did you watch the actual show ?
These episodes span weeks to months. Donna becoming C.O.O. didn't happen overnight
It is not magical and not overnight.
Her social skills, detailed knowledge of employees and customers, knowledge of how the business works internally and externally, ability to mediate conflicts were built from the pilot episode until she was promoted.
Also, her connection with Harvey based on respect, trust, communication has been gradually built since the beginning of the series.
This was the development the writers intended for Donna.
I missed Jessica, its not the same without her managing her firm. That is her empire she rules😊.Harvey is great too but he and Jessica rules well together
0:45 that is exactky why he made you COO
It was a time when the company needed them to be united.
3:00 love this they go at it and someone is gonna win. Playbooks help
I love this chain of Jessica Harvey and Mike, ❤️
Jessica is a very elegant and beautiful woman..
yeah and she kinda tall too. I'd want kids with her bc they'd have high chances of becoming hoopers 🏀
Harvey’s only problem was and is Donna. 😂😂
Jip, and Jessica NEEDS to be there, she’s integral🥂
Just great stuff off the cuff : excellent going, no matter how long on circuit👊⁉️🔥
Jessica looks fine!
Jessica 😍
Life is like this…… I like this
How?
@@ZZMJo do you understand the reference
AHAH High and low! Harvey is the high level.
@@ZZMJo essentially yes. Harvey builds his reputation as the best land most connected lawyer in the city. He lives the big life.
Man they messed up Donna’s character so bad after the whole Jessica departure arc. Firstly it makes virtually 0 sense to promote an experienced secretary to COO (if anything it looks bad on the character). Then they up her serious face by like 1000% to compensate as “experienced Donna”. They literally destroyed her character. Louis was probably the only one with exceptional character growth by S9. Harvey’s was decent but a little too much of personality deviation IMO. Donna’s was an outright regression lol.
Donna’s COO position was dumb
The worst decision ever
And yet she proved she more than deserved it both before and after becoming COO
If you knew what COO is, you wouldn't say that.
@@Elisa-gn5nj no it’s pretty dumb
@@jasonmoukala8909 Both the characters Harvey and Donna and the relationship between them were created and developed for this promotion: Donna is Harvey's COO.
All Donna does before the promotion is to demonstrate that she meets the requirements for this position, and what she does after the promotion are the duties in the job description.
I don't think there was another leadership position that could have created the amazing relationship between Donna and Harvey and at the same time lead the post-promotion plot that culminated in Malik's attack. And the variety of COO types made that this attack to be credible
A declaration of war.
Jessica looks better on the sidelines, but not work-related better
Can anyone tell me what jessicas advice was? I couldnt understand
Donna the not qualified COO talking about arrogance 😂
...says the anonymous UA-cam commenter.
how was she not qualified to be chief operations officer, when that entire firm operated as smoothly as it did for years (prior to extra help from the amazing Gretchen) strictly because of the incomparable Donna Paulson?? according to the google, a COO "is an executive in charge of the daily operations of an organization, i.e., personnel, resources, and logistics. COOs are usually second-in-command immediately after the CEO, and reports directly to them and acts on their behalf in their absence." On this description alone, Donna is OVERQUALIFIED.
@@Subangelis I'm not looking to have a role at a company that is so far out my capabilities that its laughable
@@Subangelisthat is the same way many people feel about Donna
Donna was a fantastic secretary, she was in no way however qualified to be COO they could’ve promoted her throughout the seasons to different positions to show she at least earned the position, but no straight to CEO from secretary. That’s like saying a janitor should be promoted because he’s worked at the company the longest with no training
Jessica ❤
I wonder if the actors during their screen tests had to demonstrate they can drop papers on a desk with authority
There is no Dona in this video
Donna was so annoying… 😩
always
That Judge really sounds young
about who is "1 of 3 gets you to hall of fame" reference?
Probably the baseball batting average of people in the hall of fame
Baseball batting averages in general.
how can Donna become COO?? iirc she is a secretary
Secretarial experience is integral to becoming a COO. A COO is someone who knows the company inside & out. From HR, to clients, partners, administration , logistics, and most importantly working closely with the company's management and supervisors to support everyday activities of the employees. Donna has literally been doing that for Harvey her whole career and a COO is often someone who the CEO (or in this case the Managing Partner) trusts and relies on the most.
@@ML-sv5ez Oh lord please stop. Secretarial experience is completely irrelevant to becoming a COO.

"Rook to Bishop 4"?
Legal divisions trade secrets protection for cash flow so defense thinking
Mikey palmice lives 😅
Mike Ross was never Superman. He was always Robin who did lawyer Superman things.
I’d keep Donna happy
Man, Harvey regretting his decision about Donna big time…
why they're working so hard through the evening...that's not normal even by the movie standards.
No. Comprendo AT&t. Yo quiero Taco Bell.
Mikey Palmice sure made something of himself after faking his shooting death in that creek
Donna… so annoying. Always overvaluing herself.
Totally right
How so? She was literally right
Wrong. Donna is the heart and soul of this show. 💜
Harvey's mouth would have gotten him fired a long time ago. Donna is his level side
@@Zihark_ not really
Donna somehow just lost her charm as the time progressed. Jessica clearly was the most worthy person to run a firm.
Stop it with your Donna hate. Y’all sound like npcs at this point where you are whining about her all the time. She was right in this episode. Louis was going wild without using his brain. Just like y’all going wild without using your brain cells.
Donna back to secretary
Rook to Bishop 4...
Someone hasn't played chess since the 80's it seems. That is the OLD way of notation.
Have little silent was in fact
Suits was one my all time favorite shows. But those last seasons confirmed that Hollywood hates strong and competent men. They turned Harvey from an indisputable winner into a fragile loser who couldn’t do anything right without therapy and help on every case. It’s too bad.
He already was fragile though. Thats why he had to put on the face of a strong and competent man to prevent people from seeing he was broken and lonely inside. The whole point was he was slowly humanising, hence how it ended
Yeah… I didn’t watch many episodes after Mike left. Also, I don’t like the guy who plays Robert Zane and his acting. One dimensional acting.
This preposterous show lasted SEVEN SEASONS???????
Lol 9 seasons
Lol 9 seasons
