Thank you! I used embroidery floss/ embroidery string/ craft strings. It goes by different names depending on where you go. I find mine at walmart, micheals, craft stores
Middle string is 12 inches and the other 4 are 20-22 inches…I use leather cording as my base string because it’s easier to work with something more sturdy than the other 4

how do you end it to secure around wrist?
You can tie an overhand knot and then braid the ends, hope this helps! :)
