Ingredients :-
Oil 1 Cup
Onion 1
Shazeera 3 Pinch
Cardamom 8
Black Pepper Balls 10-15
Kabab chini 10-15
Cinnamon 1
Green Chili Paste 1 Teaspoon
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Teaspoon
Mutton 1 Kg
Almonds 25
Cashew 15
Half Cup Milk
Turmeric 2 pinch
Water 1 ½ lIter
Salt 1 ½ Teaspoon
Garamasala ¼ Teaspoon
Coriander Leaves 2 Teaspoon
Mint Leaves 1 Teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder 2 Pinch
Lemon Juice 1 Lemon
