Thank you Processor Millard for your dedication to medical service. Early retirement before you are tired is not a bad idea. However, our government should creat an incentave to retain and utilize the wisdom of its senior citizens. Many retired intellectuals leave the country to seek support of their siblings in diaspora. We have been talking about brain-drain but now it is also"wisdom drain"".
