I'm returning my unit after one week of use. I highly disagree that text is crisp and clear. The text on this 1440p monitor (using mbp) is fuzzy, you can clearly see the pixels when sitting 1 meter from the monitor. My eyes get fatigue after only 15 minutes of typing eading. Black levels are nothing to boast about either. Images however look beautiful. Im ordering the lenovo p40w-20
The BenQ PD3420Q DesignVue Designer 34" 21:9 HDR IPS Monitor BH #BEPD3420Q compares very well since it less than half the price. But it is designed more as a high-grade general use monitor, and not purpose-built for editing like the BenQ SW321C 32" 16:9 4K HDR IPS Photo and Video Editing Monitor BH #BESW321C. >Mark

Is the Lenovo p40w-20 any good?
Waiting for the response
Where do you plug a Mac studio? To the rear usb-c port? I'm asking because it won't need any power supply. Thanks
You can use the HDMI, or USB-C ports to connect it with the Mac Studio.
That bottom bezel is MASSIVE. I think if I'm going to get an ultra-wide i'd like it to be curved.
1:02 PBP 5:9 with a 16:9 window? YES, PLEASE! I wonder if there are any ultrawide monitor that offers this kind of functionality.
How does this compare to "retina" displays? And does this have any scaling problems on an m1 macbook pro?
The BenQ PD3420Q will work well with an M1 Macbook Pro with no scaling issues. >Mark
@@BandH Thanks. I just ordered one.
how does it compare to the BenQ SW321C 32?

Nice one
A monitor made for video editors in 2022 that isn’t 4K? Hmmm
get the latest pd3205u
I've yet to see a color accurate ultrawide in 4k. I would buy that in a heartbeat.
@@HikingWithCooper latest benq is the most color accurate
