- Hey guys welcome to another video, first I want to say a big thank you for the 2000 plus of you who supported me and still supporting by hitting the subscribe button you guys are amazing ❤️ This load I grabbed from Atlanta Georgia and ran it to Dothan Alabama great pay for low miles so I was pretty happy. Soon we will do a q and a video. I was more informative on this one since we been lacking that lately. I hope you all enjoy this upload and I’ll catch you all in the next one!

I buy a case of micro cloth off of Amazon once or twice a month as soon as one get dirty I throw it away
First time here and I am very impressed with your work ethic and responsibility as a driver. A little word of advice from a former driver always have backup tools as needed such as your bolt cutters. Just don’t want you to get stuck because sometimes venders may not lend out their tools. Be safe out there and God bless you and your family!

Yeah, bro, your first thought was right. Go to a cat scale and get it weighed out. Gages can be wrong anyway. You won't get a true reading until you supply air to your trailer. It's just an old trucker tip. You don't set your break when you're going across a DOT scale, right? So you don't set them when you're on a cat scale. That's what a true reading is. I'm pretty sure you're dealing with air ride suspension, so your bags need to lift up to explain. And that's when you get your true reading. You take it easy.👍
Yes sir exactly it’s airbags and I did weight it the truck was out of calibration by 1000 pounds so I re calibrated it. Trailer was accurate. I never set my trailer brakes even parking for the night. When weighting truck I don’t set any brake tractor or trailer even DOT scales including thanks for the tips and watching 🤝

New truck, gotta slam passenger door really hard a few times due to the thick tough seal. Had to do that on my new one.

You haven't checked your windshield washer fluid because you have to put it in to use it cuz it looks like you're having checked it for a while since salt lake Utah???😮😮😮
I checked it it’s always full I top it off with my washer fluid daily before heading out it’s the pink deicer fluid

When you're at the guard house looking at your tandems, looking like need to go 4 to 6 holes more to the rear
Where I had it it was fine I had 33,870 on my drives but the truck calibration was off by one thousand pounds i calibrated the gauge and slid the trailer 3 holes back as you said then it was good and perfect. And the trailer wasn’t calibrated either so i fixed it too
Maybe refer trailers are heavier in the nose compared to dry van,I do dry van and most often my trl mudflabs @48ft mark
@@sodbuster518able yeah reefer is heavy on nose alone due to reefer unit on front weighing 1872 pounds to be exact

Not sure if I missed it. What was final result on weight. Was sensors off or accurate?
It was accurate the gauge wasn’t calibrated in the truck since it was brand new I just had to fix it

You could have parked in one of them 3 open spots but then there would be no challenge. But then again your good a backing so is it a challenge anyway?

Your tandems to far fwd for that load ,put rear wheels under end of load for rough setting. Why do prime drivers never show weight on drive axel s.you always want more weight on drives than trl tandems
Yeah I know you always need to have more weight on trailer because you want to be towing the trailer not the trailer pushing you.

I did I just didn’t record it unfortunately I did scale right after fueling so I can get the whole weight with fuel included.
Why didn't you slide your tandems to the rear before backing into the dock?a lot easier to steer trl with tandems slid back to the rear.

It’s honestly random times I deliver and it’s quite often in reefer one day might be 2am one day it may be afternoon the next day 4am etc

@@indo3052 my expenses are fixed cost of 1800 and fuel usually I take home about half of that or 60% as long as I didn’t spend a lot on fuel

No it wasn’t calibrated properly the truck or trailer. I was 79680 pounds for total gross weight
