Ey Dave you did hike again?! ;) No jokes aside man, great filming and editing! These shots are really beautiful! And congrats on your first summiting (or reaching the summit Idk) Beautiful mate
Did catbells with my son last week , we didnt dare go up the others as we knew nothing about them , but after watching this , you have gave us the motivation to try looks amazing, well done good sir
@@markward6387 Hi Mark, I’m glad to hear it! The views are well worth the climb (especially Blea Crag, my favourite view on that walk), tough going but if you’ve done Catbells you can do those as well 🙌🏻 Let me know how you get on! Thanks for watching!
I loved this, that route is on my list. You can drop down at High Spy and head into Borrowdale. Camp at Chapel farm and then head off into the Langstrath/Langdale valleys or up to say High Raise for a great circular and then get the bus back to Keswick. Thanks for a great vid, I'm off to watch some more now. Cheers
@@camping_guru_uk thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed the video! It was a stunning route, can’t recommend it highly enough! Already looking forward to my next time in the Lakes, it was stunning! And one more video to come this week from this trip 🙌🏻 Thabks for watching!
@@dragonmediaxl thank you! This backpack is very comfortable, it’s the Lowe Alpine Airzone Trail ND. Only a 24l backpack but feels like it can hold a good amount and it feels as though it sits nicely on my back. Plus the waist strap takes some of the weight off of my shoulders and disperses it to my hips which helps make it more comfortable
What a gorgeous place my friend! Shots are absolutely amazing!
@@ervinslens Thank you! It’s stunning there 🙌🏻

@@DaveDoesHiking superb, I'd like to retire to the lakes but I can't afford it lol. So near Plymouth is on the list so I can be near Dartmoor.
@@camping_guru_uk I live on the edge of Dartmoor now, it’s ideal for hiking 🙌🏻
Another great video, Random question, how comfortable would you say you pack is for that kind of climb?

Do you plan to do all 214
Imagine getting a pound of UA-cam for every time you said dartmoor you'd be a rich boy 🤦🏻♂️😉
