Syed Muzzamil correctly says that the reason for army generals to interfere in governments was because of the lack of leadership in Muslim League from 1947..there were no leaders with any intellect/common sense/international understanding/depth in knowledge...so vacuum was there and Army stepped in to fill the vacant space...

Forget about Imran Khan being re arrested lets say if he let out of prison and lets assume that he even becomes the PM of Pakistan do you think the statement you made about investment coming to Pakistan can or will change all of a sudden. Nothing will change and you know why. It is not that your politicians dont know what the issues are or how they can rectify their economy, they all have the answers to the problems too. But not one has the will to make those changes. Rectifying the system would involve hurting the pockets of the influential and they will never want that. Especially your military establishment.
