Also if I may ask, you paid 4000 yen instead of the regular 7200 yen? How did you get that 4000 yen special price? And if anyone is paying 7200 yen a night at that point won't a cheap business hotel be enough? Or are they even more expensive than that. Just curious!
Thank you for your comment! This is a government sponsored travel assistance program and discounts are available for those who have received at least 3 vaccinations of COVID-19. However, it is only available to residents of Japan, and travelers from overseas are not eligible unfortunately. For about 7,000 yen, it is possible to stay at other business hotels with this rate level, but considering the very large number of free items offered, such as food and alcohol, it may be worthwhile to use this hotel!

安心お宿は2017年に東京ドームのプロ野球観戦で新宿店を利用しました、あの頃は6000円です、名古屋栄店を初めて利用しました、5500円です、新宿店より快適に利用出来ました、清潔で使える物は揃っています、食べ物はご飯しかないのはネックなんですが、それ以外は特に問題ありません、ウエルビー栄ばかりでしたが、サウナ客が増えて、ルールとマナーを守らないので昨年はサウナフジを利用したり、今回も安心お宿名古屋栄店にして、リラックス出来ました、セキュリティは強化されてますね、自分のカプセルは3階でしたね、9階は便利ですね、又、利用してみたくなりますね。

How do you wake up? I must have an alarm
I didn't use the alarm as I didn't have to wake up early but there was an alarm in the display where you can set. This could be used if you want.
