The ball tracer tech breaks at 24.42! Shocked. Alex's ball is clearly visible taking a line further left! Beautiful course though, and some lovely shots...at times.
My first ever golf club which I joined as a junior in 1985. Played in by the pro at the time (Steve morvell i think). Went round in 126. Nowadays I still play the course each year, often as a season opener. Tough course isnt it? full of blind shots. Steep slopes. Lovely though.
Who edits these videos? I really think it's a job well done. I don't understand golf, i don't get the terminology or the rules but i really enjoy the videos. I find them both funny and relaxing, though very confusing as I'm in the dark about the sport itself. But either way, very relaxing and amusing.

Also John is always using an app - given the serious nature of his enthusiasm for the game am sure he must have tried a few - any recommendations for one that doesn’t cost a fortune a month, preferably purchase rather than subscription? Yeah, I'd not endorse Clubhouse Golf in any way, shape or form at the moment. There seems to be a growing group of us that's reported them to trading standards, and something I wished to speak to some UA-cam Golfers about. For me, they've refused a refund and kept the club (Cobra Speedzone Hybrid), so I'm £189 out of pocket, sans club. I've spoken to their Returns Manager (Rob) who gave me shit about this. They've already (previously) accepted 3 of the clubs I used with refund no issue (to which they've stated they didn't) and I'm in the middle of a dispute with them, after talking to their MD who was also abrasive. Anyone else who's had this issue, comment below and I'll email you privately. Seems there around 5 claims totalling over £1200 currently.
These guys should really see if they could get sponsored or something, I'm sure they'd be happy to spend some time plugging for whom ever gave them some free stuff.
John, I have an idea that would shave around 18 shots a round for you........ hit your first putt harder man! Hit it like you’re trying to hole it, not like you’re trying to cozy it / lag it or “to avoid taking three”. Bob Rotella’s book on the psychology of putting would be a great read, and you’d learn more about instinctive putting, and just letting it happen. Enjoying the videos, keep up the great work! 👍
It is crazy hilly at Hazlemere. If you’re not familiar with the course, as I wasn’t, you are frequently hitting balls over brows of hills with no idea what is on the other side!
