I think casting Jack Black as Bowser in the Mario movie is doing something for this franchise; he's taking on the full "rockstar" aesthetic in this game
There are so any great things about this game but I think the talking flowers are my favorite. They add a level of humor that I haven't seen in other Mario games.
Not gonna lie, but this was a fun Mario game. Congrats on finishing the series, Zack. Hope we see you back playing Super Mario Bros. Wonder again in the future if they make a DLC of it.
The boss battle is quite the different battle we've been getting from Bowser in the games before this, Instead of fighting him physically, we do it.... 'Rage Stage' style! That boss quite reminds me of the Splatoon final battle, but great video. Super Mario Bros Wonder really combines the past with the present, for the future. Excited to play it!
Also when he says while going through the credits, “You get to play as elephant Daisy,” shows me how much he loves elephant Daisy 🐘, even more than his short about her does. We love you elephant Daisy!!
Great Scott Zack, you finished it already! Zack Scott games are the only walkthroughs I watch, because he proves that the average player (such as myself) can do it, and the commentary is the best of any of the others. I got my Super Mario Wonder on the 20th, but haven’t had much time to play it.
This might be the most unique final bowser fight. bowser has always been associated with rock music I’m just confused why it took so long for a music based bowser fight. And also am I the only who feels a little bad for bowser like yeah he stole the castle and tried to make the world a captive audience but at it’s core he just wanted people to hear his sick music and rightfully so his music is awesome. like if bowser gave up on conquering things he could probably be the mushroom kingdom’s best rockstar

Great game I will say the only thing is Bowser's boss fight felt like the Grand Tikki final boss fight in Donkey Kong Country Returns where you take out his hands and then smack him with the face. The difference is you use the ground as a trampoline and is rhythm based. This game seems to be quite centered around music.

Not only Mario becomes Metal but also the Metal Cap Theme from Super Mario 64 has been remixed in this game also you have a yellow coin amount of 96 which is a neat reference to the year where Super Mario 64 came out and of where Metal Mario Originated from.

I refuse to believe Zack one shot Bowser in the final fight...maybe he's just got an affinity for rhythm games? Most of the time I'm a far better gamer then Zack, but It took my like 4 tries on Bowser, I suck with rhythm stuff lol.
With all of the awesome things that Nintendo has included in this excellent game, The big question is how Nintendo gonna top this masterpiece and its other major hit The Legend Of Zelda; Tears Of The Kingdom
I feel like Mario Wonder had a lot of good direction to it, however it has it's weak spots...my primary issue with the game, is the severe lack of bosses...there was none...It was just Bowser Jr 3 times then Bowser....that's it? Like wtf happened there? They couldn't even make each world have a proper boss? They could have done the Koopalings and imagine each of them using a wonder power in a crazy way to enhance their fighting style. Also Prince Florian was utterly pointless, story wise...where was the rest of his family or species in this Flower World? This little guy rules the Flower Kingdom? He's a child? He's the prince, where's the King/Queen? The only other Wiggler we saw as the one you race 3 times lol. The final badge reward is....not worth it at all, the final final level is just not cool. They could have done better with bonus worlds, instead of 1 bonus level per world, have a small mini world with say 5 bonus levels from each world. Overall I give Wonder a 35/40 to use Famitsu's rating system. Just seems like they could have done more. Less free give away levels, more actual levels, like level 3 difficulty medal levels.
Saulracing: And there's our last royal seed Wait what happening? I think it just reversed all the damage that has been caused all over the kingdom And with all of them here, we can fix alot more

As casting goes, the movie did a very good job. And it is also good they are moving Mario in a non-stereotype direction.

This is an amazing game, especially for a 2-D Mario game. In my opinion, second only to Mario Brothers three. The wonders are incredible.
