Cathy speaks the truth! Those automatic voiceovers on the phone are so annoying! I was so on board with her when she said "(as the voiceover phone operator) 'I'm sorry' No you're not! You're not sorry!" XD
Then you realize that people like this would have been almost completely obscure without a really popular show like MLP coming along to throw a spotlight on the people behind it.
+seal3081 IMO the only thing I find annoying is how he laughs. The way he moves his head. Just the fact that he seems to always do that is kinda annoying to me. Other then that, I don't really have a problem with him unless what Seal3081 said is true about how he let the power get to his head. i don't really know him enough to have a problem or any kind of logical opinion.
They talk of filling the gaps that the show leaves for certain things. Think of Scootaloo, with the abandoned parents storyline. Think of Snowdrop, giving a reason as to why the pegasi make winter, and why it's so cherished.
