Some of the important points( according to me, with minimum knowledge) are. 1.One of the top priority during deciding the right tool is simplicity. 2.A pilot project(3-6 months) is advised before going with the enter enterprise data. 3.Tagging is a very useful essential feature. 4.Not all data is important, focus on the more important data. 5.Users should be able to log their suggestion.
