    Jessie has a heart of gold and a heart of a lion. I can't think of another athlete I admire as much as Jessie Diggins. It's such a thrill to see her outsprinting the best in the world to the finish in a long distance race.

      She has to be one of the toughest athletes in the world. XC Freestyle skiing has the highest requirement for V02 of any sport, so in a sprint at end of race it has the highest lactic acid and O2 deficiency and pain. She just stronger all around than any female athlete and more dominant in an International sport than any US athlete

    I'm from Italy... with one Km to go when I saw her losing space on a bend after a climb I wouldn't have bet half a cent on her victory... A couple of days ago I remember I saw an interviewer asking her about Shiffrin's 100 victories... the sacrifice, the determination, the will that this girl puts in every single cross-country ski run is unmatched... Jessie's 20 Ski Cross-Country World Cup victories are definitely worth as much as Mikaela's 100 in Alpine Skiing...

      Shiffrin crashed yesterday on her way to the 100th, so still at 99.

      @djordjenikolic9059 she has the potential since a few year but unfortunatly always faced injuries and illness, but she said she won't do the tour the ski this year so she doesn’t really have a chance

      @@aguti7920 She is skipping tour de ski? Johaug will do the same thing. It's great chance for Ebba to finally win it, but Frida, Jessie and Heidi won't be easy to handle. Also expecting more from Linn.

    • @aguti7920
      @aguti7920 Місяць тому

      @djordjenikolic9059 she said she will skip it to focus on the world champs, but she might change her mind if she leads once the tour comes around, i think atp the fav will be Jessie, cause Frida is apperantly injured and has to skip skating cause of that, Ebba is not in her best shape yet and in the sprints she has no chance and Johaug probably won't even do any sprints and focus on the world champs as well

      What race did you watch? Johaug didn't "stay" with anyone. She tried to win from the front but had NO response in the finish. Diggins was both tactically smarter and stronger at the end.

      @@brakerbraker829 I meant she stayed with them on the last uphill before finish line, unable to break away from them previously, so the outcome was expected. Seems like u came here with kinda aggressive attitude for no reason at all.

    Really you started by showing the end?????? Thats the worst thing, it is hard enough to follow this sport, we expect a better from the FIS….. stop showing the results …..it’s a. Slapp to the face of the athletes…..if you want us to not to watch and support…..we can just read the results….and not give a sh.t …..just show the winners then …you are like we show our gridiron football. ( which is joke)edited it out …cut the drama….like a symphony with out any movements……yes I am American I think every one these skiers are animals wow all winners….givuum respect PLEASE…may be you should listen to Beethoven or Shostakovich …etc…then hmm which to cut out….or may be be like Van Gogh with out using yellow….??? Or green. Or blue Which one hmmm😂😊
