Married With Children was on for so long that only the bullet points about the characters are really kept consistent. But in the episode where Al is trying to prevent Marcy from bulldozing the Polk High Football field, Al says he never played after halftime because they were always too far ahead. So Al may have been the man to score 4 Touchdowns in a single half. Also in the episode where Al and Peg go to their class reunion, it's stated that Al broke his leg when he was attempting to jump a speeding car.
A true Legend 😅. I seen a meme recently, That in the 90s when this show was on AL Bundy was considered fat and out of shape and he was also considered poor. But he owned a house and was the sole provider of a family of 4 with his shoe salesman job. Just shows how the standards of society have changed in that period of time. But can't deny those rushing stats in any era💪

This was awesome! From the movie Necessary Roughness, you could do a video on Scott Bakula's character Paul Blake who was recruited to play QB for Penn St. or Sinbad's character Andre Krimm that was a DT but got injured in college.
@Gmanski3 in real life, Bubba Smith was a 6-foot-7, 265-pound defensive lineman who made two Pro Bowls with the Colts in the early 1970s before getting into acting.

Should've had Uncle Rico from Napoleon Dynamite as QB. Remember back in 82' he used to be able to throw the pigskin a quarter mile. If the coach would've put him in the 4th, they would've been state champs.
We had a guy on our team score seven TD's in seven times he touched the ball. He stopped playing at halftime with over 200 yards. We then had the JV and Freshman play the second half

Please do cousin Rico! If coach would have put him in in that 4th quarter they would have won the state championship! I bet he could throw the football over them mountains.
The one thing that bugs me about these historical whatifs is having these old timers play in only Spread offenses. Al Bundy would be playing in a ground-n-pound offense in the Big Ten in the 70s.

Too bad he's an Offensive lineman/Fullback, though he would work as a very very power-based HB.
Bill Fontaine de la Tour Dautrive
