I'll try to rank the fighters, this list will probably change with Part II... but here it is: Before: Unfixed power level: Scarlet Opponent was too weak: Purple & White 9 - (Weak) Lavender: White literally let her win 8 - (Weak) Ice: it wasn't a fight, it was a massacre. 7 - (Mid) Chartreuse: great destructive power, but poor defense. 6 - (Mid) Azure: He lost to Aqua, but he showed that he wasn't weak. In fact, the "Ultra water form" is interesting... 5 - (Mid) Aqua: Strong, but ice can be broken easily, so I think it's hard for him to beat anyone above him in this rank. 4 - (Mid) Yellow: Very agile and fast, but he was dominated in his fight. Yellow only won 'cause Red thought the fight was over and let his guard down. (acceleration is something that always increases, without limit, so perhaps 100% isn't his maximum) 3 - (Strong) Lime: managed to fight for a long time against the strongest fighter, without even being able to use his powers. 2 - (Strong) Red: He simply destroyed the 100% Yellow without much difficulty, and only lost 'cause he turned his back to the enemy before the fight end. 1 - (Strong) Navy: He's the strongest so far, and that's not even debatable. It's crazy to think that (my) Top 3 & Top 2 are already dead... this tournament future is interesting.
Both are girl's, and she wouldn't have beaten her because White can't die and Lavender wouldn't try to kill her regardless, even so, Lavender is way weaker than White so Lavender doesn't stand much of a chance against White.
Took 6 months to get done...hopefully it was worth it for you all...
