Yeah I've never been a cat person especially because a friend when I was little had a cat that seemed like it hated everything but then I moved in with one of my best friends and she has a cat and the little guy is such a saint lol but I'm still getting a dog when I'm financially stable enough

I have a great dane that is great with cats! Even kittens. Theres also definitely some big cat breeds, Maine Coon and Norwegian Forest cats are the biggest and look the most masculine (Simon would probably love that) and a few other big breeds. Long hairs tend to be bigger. For anyone wondering about this kinda thing!

May I suggest a Norwegian Forest Cat! I have one and she’s the sweetest most docile cat I’ve ever had, she’s also nuts and loves to play and she has the softest fur!
Maybe a Male Norwegian Forest Cat, they are huge, or a Maine Coon.
Norwegian Forest Cats are pretty calm usually and have a strong bond with its owners.
My dog and cat love each other. She is a little hesitant of other dogs, but she loves cats.
