Wonder if Spectral Sailor is really worth it without Lords or CO, it's still a surprise pump for Mausoleum Wanderer and we don't have that many one drop options but maybe Judge's Familiar is worth a try?
Trimming one or two is fine, but you absolutely want the Sailor in some capacity. Early attackers for Gobakhan and crew fodder for Copter is necessary, and Sailor is actively great vs. Rakdos and Control in the late game. Judge's Familiar is *okay* but doesn't get Rattlechains protection or the pump to Wanderer you mentioned. With that said, I still want another playable one-drop Spirit. Topplegeist would be perfect if it was Blue.
Do you think that this build in current meta is as good as the old build was in previous meta? With Karn's ban, unban of Smuggler's Copter and emerge of Amalia Combo I thought that spirits are dead
With the way the meta is shaping up, I think Curious Obsession builds are dead. But this highly interactive Midrange build does the thing! Especially with the No More Lies spoiler we just got.
@@SpiritSquadMTG how many copies of No More Lies would you run? It seems like in this deck it's even better then Lofty Denial, cause with 16 creatures and relance on WA it is not as consistent anymore
Wizards put on Twitter (and prob their live stream) that some cards from The List are being put into Arena at the same time as the next Standard set. Copter, Evolutionary Leap, and one or two other cards were spoiled 🎉
What other Midrange tools would you consider for Spirits? 🤔
Maybe it's time for some of the slower and greedier threats like Errant and Giada?
@@vladislavivanov8040 could be! I am a fan of them.
Bring more videos with UW spirits midrange.
Glad to great deck tech. Love the video
Thanks, and glad you enjoyed!
Tell JD that i love him since the days of Scrubs
I'd bet money he can do the Poison dance. 🤷🏾♂️🤔

Just curious, will we ever get weekly content?
TBH Magic these days depends entirely on my 9-5 work schedule. If I can start playing Magic every week again, we'll get more content!

@@SpiritSquadMTG thanks! This information warms my heart

I think I'm starting with four, and working on the mana from there. But yeah, Spirits isn't even close to dead! (ba dum tsh)
Aaaand Copter just got announced into Arena, lol
Holy... I didn't even notice. A GREAT time to be alive for us! 🎉🎉🎉
Where was it announced?
