An excellent B-side to Jody's magnificent Capitol single "Magic Town," "A Lonely Queen," written by Billy Strange and John McCarthy, was produced by Steve Douglas for Jody's 1965 "Home of the Brave" album. Billy Strange arranged and conducted this one, where Jody's vocals shimmer in her usual wonderful way. They just don't make 'em like this anymore.
