Hi i'm Joe, I have created this UA-cam channel to show my progression from a skinny teenager who is sick of being skinny to hopefully in the future being more muscular and just better in general both physically and mentally.
If you do enjoy my content it would mean lot if you could hit the like button and maybe even consider subscribing. Thank you!

No matter how much I watch and hear his skinny kid bulking up series I never get enough honestly so inspirational
fact
Joe Fazer has made me a person to get tf up and go to the gym like a gym rat non stop grinding
Thank you bro ❤️
@@JoeFazer what about colab with David Laid? Some crazy video coming?!
Fair play 👊🏻
Currently at 90 kg starting from 67kg and I gotta say that this man has been one of my biggest inspirations to keep pushing and never let up. Thank you for inspiring all the skinny kids Joe.
Wow great .. how long did it take you to gain that
How many calories a day and how long did it take to gain that bro
Same bro i started at 50kg now at 70kg and an incredible amount stronger
@@Anon-y1v For the first 4 months i probably ate somewhere around 2700 calories and about 100 grams of protein a day. 8 months in I was eating 3000 with 140 grams of protein and am currently at 3500 with 200 grams of protein a day. And thats a bit over 1 year of lifting. Currently look like Joe in his 3-4th year of lifting since I have the same body type that he has but I stayed consistent.
I went from 66 kg to 97 kg in 4,5 years now
Honestly as a skinny guy, who struggles to put on weight these types of videos are so inspirational, really shows that it is possible if you just keep pushing forward.
protein shakes. work wonders. went from 68kg to 90kg in half a year. and chocolate milk lmao
@@banepus Those only have 120 calories unless you mix in other foods. Better just eating more pasta and carbohydrates in general.
@@banepus Alright Thanks, ill giv that a shot 👍
@@portman8909 Mix with milk, fruits (like banan), and peanut butter and oats, can go up to 1200kcal for 0.8L of shake. Basically what make me grow. + 3x 500kcal meals. 3500+ kcal. Gives back :)
well fucking eat more!
Congratulations Joe! I was in the same boat as you as a kid, around 45 years ago, I was 6ft 2 inches tall (188cm) with a similar build (I was just under 60 kg). You know how it was, always picked on, always last to be picked for team sports, etc, etc. So I started off buying a 'chest expander' and a 'bullworker'. Then I bought a few weights, and got started on my journey. After a few small gains here and there, I felt good about myself, and developed a bit of confidence. So I joined a gym (unfortunately, gyms back then weren't 24/7, so we had to work around their hours), and took up boxing as well, and NEVER looked back. I never got to your level, but I did get bigger, and developed a physically pleasing body. I was getting respected by larger blokes, and noticed by women. So I kept on going, and still do to this day. I'll be 60 years old this year, and I'm still in my home gym anywhere between 6-12 times a week, as well as working a full time physically challenging job. I'm now 118 kgs with a reasonably decent body for a man of my age. I'll probably be working out until long after retirement, and until I'm physically incapable of doing it anymore. It has become a lifestyle, and If you do it on your own terms, you will, like me, still look forward to working out year by year. Keep on being an inspiration, because God knows this world needs more young people like you at the moment. P.S. There's nothing like the feeling I still get, every time someone says here comes 'The Big Fella', or 'The Unit', or 'you're security for the night' whenever you go to parties, because you NEVER forget how far you've come, and from whence you came. Cheers Joe, best of luck with your future, and Keep on Pumping!!!
Amazing
Proud of u bro good job
you're a legend
Chad
That's a very inspiring. You should post a video. I just did a few days ago. I'm 64 yrs old still using the home gym. Never give up man!
I feel like Joe is the best living example of Tom Platz's saying "I won't be a victim to my genetics, my genetics will be a victim to me". If it were any other guy they would have given up after like 2 years but Joe persevered and has reaped the benefits
I am 14 and started lifting a year ago and you have been my biggest inspiration. I am still very skinny with horrible genetics, but I keep on working because of you. Thanks.
i was super skinny too back in the days when i was your age, but i managed to gain 12kg (just muscles) over the past 4 years (from 72kg to 84kg). i started going to the gym consistently at age of 18, now im 22 yo. so keep it up.
You probably don't have horrible genetics. U are very young. Learn the basics now and you will start to put on more and more mass the older you get.
keep grinding brother
yeah bro i wouldnt worry too much u still going through puberty so its probably not genetics. Keep it up
Man hes lying hes not natty , gino gino gino
Your content is what has inspired me to make my own body transformation, I hope that one day I can achieve a physique similar to that of yours!
same!

wow
Good luck!
Just wanted to drop you this comment. You became an Inspiration for me, as a fellow skinny dude I really started this journey on the gym thanks to you, I started by watching a video where you talked about how you gained weight and I magically started to gain weight by drinking protein shakes like you with milk, fruit, ice cream and protein. I couldn't believe how quickly I started to gain those Kg that I for so long. I was 25 y old and i was 49Kg for 175cm, I was skinny as fuck and felt so embarassed about myself.
You were the one who inspired me for real, I decided once and for all to start this journey at the gym following your examples and tips, and now I weight 67 Kg which is AMAZING and I'm very proud of myself because I finally stopped blaming myself for the way I used to be, thank you Joe, from the very bottom of my hearth.
Aye you were the same weight and height I am now but I'm 23
The smoothies work but personally they destroyed my fitness levels but they do gain you weight very fast. I'm 16 on the same journey still skinny but the progress is happening keep grinding everyday and this time next year you can be 75kg shredded or a higher weight but at a slightly higher body fat andway your physique will be great
@@LKEPROD I already stopped drinking soothies of course because they are a lot caloric, but when I started drinking them i gained weight so fast for the first time in my life, and I realized that I can finally gain some weight, I tought I had some kind of condition or illness because I struggled a lot even tho I used to eat a lot. When I finally started to gain weight for the first time I decided then to grind on the gym and start eating healthy and now I'm on the best shape of my life.
Means so much, keep it up bro 🙏🏻❤️
Hi, how many years it tooks? Same situation, from 50kg to 66-67 right now, 24yo 173cm
Smashed it! Well done young man. You're an inspiration to many, just read the comments. The world needs athletes like yourself to look up to. Keep going.
Just use illegal drug-taking and you become as big as him lol
Hey Guys! Just started my Journey on Bulking. Currently I’m 5.6F, 61.5kg.
Training 3 times per week with 4-5 Meals each day. Soon will get a Protein Whey, sure will give me a boost.
Will come back to this comment in the next 3-6 month.
Thanks Joe!
Please keep it up. Not because it is easy...But because it is Hard!!!
And it is about Y-O-U.
Hey bud. We are on the same boat but I started your path of bulking earlier. Just wanna give you motivation. IT FUCKING WORKS !!!
2 months in now, lets see where I'm at in 6 years. So inspirational for us skinny kids man.
for skinny kids like us this content is the most motivating bc we can see its possible for us to get an insane physique am i right?
@@Hidodooo ur right
6 years will go by quick, before you know it you'll reach your goal. Good luck!
Same I've been 2months in gym. It was going all good until i got a injury but fuck it im gonna come back. I wish you good luck my guy. Never give it up
eat lots and train consistent kings
Incredible transformation! Thank you for being vulnerable and sharing your story with us to motivate ourselves to do better, Joe! 💪🏼
Can anyone help me get 800 sobs ☺️🤎😮
Ngl including that clip of you getting bullied was really inspirational and motivating! After years of hard work and dedication you’ve been able to prove them wrong and show them who’s boss!
An absolute masterpiece, you got me more into lifting and with the gains I've made going from around 50kg to now around 75kg, I owe a lot to you, bro.
how long did that take?
@@abcdabcd-wl1nv about 2-3 years
i’ve watched you ever since 2019 as a fat pudgy middle school kid. it was your popular 1 year transformation video. Now i’m in high school as a sophomore benching the most and deadlifting the most in my grade. Along with having a physique that is pretty impressive at my age. We are now trying to bulk up to 170lbs before summer, currently at 160lbs right now. Wish me luck boys. Thank you Joe for inspiring me and a million others. We truly appreciate it and appreciate you! 🤝
Currently 1 year of solid training for me and I can say I am a different man now. Thank you Joe. Your lack of failure gives us no excuse to fail ourselves
I think the whole point in the video is that he did fail a couple of times but kept going. Nobody is without failure.
i swear he upldaos a video every year saying this is my transformation like bruh
@@alehlete830 he shows his progress
@@andrewmcleod1269 I know but he failed and kept going meaning he isn't a failure. That's my point
That’s an insane six year transformation!! Sorry you were bullied when you were younger. But always live in the now and look to the future. The past is the past. Stay strong Joe! 💪🏻
This is very motivating joe. From a kid who also struggled with bullying and seeing you being open about it and showing that it is not always easy. Like all these influences show. Love you man, your helping a lot.❤️
I'm 36 years old and i started 9 months ago with 62kg, now I'm at 70kg. I hope by the end of the year to reach 72kg and continue my training in my 2nd year (and reach 78kg). Your video is very inspirational. Thank you!
With 3 months left on the calendar, why not go for 75kg ?
I’ve been feeling down recently and also skipping more and more sessions.
Nice to see the struggles you’ve overcome and given me the kick up the ass to putting in 100% in everything
Yo my name is also Oliver V 😂 but more to the point, I feel you man. You’ve got this!
14 started workoing out 4 months ago and I've been going to the gym for 2 months. I went from 39kg to 49 kg and my goal is to reach 60. You are one of my inspirations Joe! Keep going!
It will not stop there :D I was 48, my target now is 70, I'm close with 67.
keep working on that goal bro you're gonna make it!!!
Same, 14 started last September at 43kg and right now am at 49kg
ur either really short or have a hella quick metabolism
i started at 13 and in one year I achieve 50 kg from 40, pretty much like u. my goal is 60 kg, too
I started in the gym around 6 months ago, and being around 40KG when I started and now I'm over 50KG, this is so inspirational, keep up the great work Joe!
That's insane result. Keep going, bro.
keep going man
I don't want to discredit other impressive body transformations that started with being skinny but what often discouraged me was that in my view, they weren't actually that skinny or at least a lot further along in terms of weight than I felt to be. Seeing you actually starting at a point I can identify with is unbelievably motivating. Thank you for sharing that accomplishment, you've earned every bit of feeling good about your body!
When i first started seeing your videos i was 58kg 1.85cm and you really inspired me to bulk. I went to a nutritionist and started a diet. Without really working out really hard i reached 70kg and finally i felt gpod for my body. Guys for people who just want to escape underweight and not to just build muscle DIET IS KEY!!! YOU CAN DO THIS GUYS❤
I feel your pain and your gain as any man who gets these steps. Keep going and motivate new brothers and old ones who feel depressed 💪💪💪
Goosebumps! Unbelievable progress. Hard work pays off.
That is amazing how far the hard work can bring you! You are the huge motivator, Joe!
Now I started working out and even trying to film my workouts because my dream is to become a fitness influencer. Keep it up man! I'm so grateful to you for helping me to stand on a right way!!
Seriously… good on you! Take it from a old but young at heart… don’t stop ever. One day the “heavy” lifting will be a thing of the past but you don’t have to stop being in shape. Best advice I can give for what it’s worth. Again congratulations I get what you went through I was there a long time ago
as a teen that most people dislike. who is socially awkward and has been trying to gain weight and muscle this is vary helpful
What I think is truly inspiring is that you were only about 15 when you started your journey. At just 20/21 you've accomplished so much through hard work, discipline and determination. You have those values instilled in you at a young age and they'll be the foundation to your future successes. Congratulations!
The patience to yourself to gain is one of the biggest part in the whole journey 4:28 part shows it perfectly in Year 1 and Year 6.
I'm the exact opposite end of the spectrum. I just need to walk past a bakery to gain 10lbs.... Your original series introduced me to a problem I didn't even know existed. There's loads of there saying we need to lose weight. But there's people who are trying their hardest to gain weight. You look amazing buddy. Keep grinding 💪🔥
@Tom true, makes me thankful though, that although i have aesthetic problems, im still healthy.
Been gyming for 2 years now but after a football injury to my knee a year ago, I decided to try bulking and putting on muscle. Went from 75kg to 92kg in 10 months. Your vids helped keep me motivated so thank you 🙏
I just started doing it seriously (after only having test week periods that didn't lead anywhere), and my god it feels really nice. I feel like I'm lacking in calories unfortunately but I believe it's absolutely possible for me to reach my goal. You're part of that belief brother👍
I was a 24 yo male 175cm and 55kg and you truly inspire me. My genetics are below average and I had enough. 13 months later and I’m now after a cut 70 kg. I love your story bc I know how you felt, the anger of being the little guy, I too had enough and I too channeled my hatred into motivating. I’m getting married in the summer of 2024 and I want to be the biggest guy there. Thank you for sharing and thank you for showing us that you should believe in yourself even if no one else is. Shit it’s a rest day but I’m super motivated now
13 months is insane, what’s your secret?
I am 19 and started lifting this christmas and you have been my biggest inspiration to start this journey. I was super skinny 193 cm 67 kg. but using your bulking program in 3 months i have gone from 67 kg to 77 kg currently. Much happier now with my body but still got a long way to go. so i just want to thank you, keep inspiring the skinny dudes! *Update 6 months i am now 84 kg and my s/b/d have 2x from when i am started i am not planing to end. we all gonna make it brah!
i swear he upldaos a video every year saying this is my transformation like bruh
usually i dont like to comment but...
i wanted to thank you, joe, youve been such an inspiration for super-skinny-me at age of 18. you were the reason why i started believing more in myself.
I went from 72kg bodyweight to 84kg in the past couple years.
i still got work in front of me, but im very happy with the progress (considering, that i didnt work out during quarantine..)
Thank you very much, Joe! Vielen Dank!
i started working out in 2018 when i was about 13 years old because i was bullied about my size too i was roughly 90 pounds and now weigh 160 pounds i remember watching you then and it’s like we’ve both made progress together you have inspired me to not quit no matter what i regressed a few times too but always came back and i’ve been working my ass off more recently and i want to say you’ve inspired me so much man
As a skinny kid myself, you've been a great inspiration and now I'm finally at the point where I consider myself "normal size"

Perhaps one of the most sincere and honest videos on UA-cam about body building. It just ain't gonna happen overnight. Its a process fueled by determination and resilience to setbacks. Congratulations man! 👏🙏
Joe Fazer, thank you for helping me get into the gym. The gym means a lot to me now, and ur bulking tips is what helps me day in and day out. I wouldn’t have made a transformation without you. Thank you!
This is what i needed. Life has been pretty terrible for me for the last months. This was the kickstart I needed. Thank you. Massive respect for your
dedication. I know the struggles. Hopefully, in a year I'll send you a message about how proud I am with my progress.
you made me cry, such a good video! An inspiration for all people to show that hard work, consistency and patience pays off.
Had to pause at 1:59 to let me tears out. I did the same thing and am currently on the climb back up. I'm going to finish the video now but it's already so inspiring
I am proud of you young man. I read some comments - you have inspired others with your work. Something to cherish all the rest of your days.
I'M SO PROUD OF U. KEEP GOING BIG MAN💪💪

Never too old to start, too. I’m 53 now and have been competing the last 2 years. Started training in 2009. Never give up. I’ll be deadlifting, squatting, getting my pump on at 70 💪😁
That’s so inspiring to watch I’m back in the gym after having 8 plus years out I was so unwell with my mental health and it affected me physically as well being mentally on medication made me so stiff and tired I just couldn’t do it but now it’s my new love every morning I go before work it sets me up mentally every morning
Thank you for sharing mate
Your history of transformation is great and very inspirational🔥
Only good outcome of bullying is the motivation the victim gets.. sad but true
Some people can't understand why people record themselves working out so much. At one time they didn't look that way. It's hard to see your own progress. Filming it you see the changes over time. If you ever been unhappy with your body and see small progress you get hooked. You keep going and going
This is one of my favorite videos on UA-cam I swear!!

It's been 7 months since I started going to the gym. I used to be fat and I'm still not the way I wanna be, but I can see small gains just like you did.
Honestly, there are days that I just wanna stay at home and don't want noboby to see my body, 'cause I'm ashamed of it.
I think about quitting very often, but if I do, I'll be the same fat kid I used to be and I'm kinda stuck because of it.
I used to be bullied and I'm still am sometimes, but I believe that someday I'm gonna prove all of them wrong.
Just make sure your doing it optimally and right for your future’s sake.
Here king, you dropped this 💉💉💉

Truly inspirational bro. You're the living proof that it's possible.
You didnt hate yourself, you have changed something negative into something positive.
For all of us who wore those shoes early on. And had to deal with the body shaming and physical attacks. WE ARE PROUD OF YOU! It's sad that because of the bullying you had to resort to such a change though impressive, it just goes to show you how dangerous it is to body shame individuals who are beautiful people inside. You survived, others have not and took another way out. YOUR AWESOME!!
Train smart.....pay attention to your body....don't be afraid to ask questions on training and nutrition...Dont over train!!
Bro u don't even understand how inspirational this is to me I felt that it's not fair how bad my genetics r but u prove that u can get past that and get massive! Thank u tho fr u rlly got me into fitness u got me to start bulking and gain 50+ pounds. Keep it up ur doing amazing bro.

Absolutely phenomenal. Everyone should take this mentality into any occupation they should choose to follow. The journey is incredible
The part where he got bullied made me sad 😢
ONE OF THE BEST POSTS..TEACHES PEOPLE TRAINING OF ALL AGES TO NEVER GIVE UP!! BE PATIENT THAT BUILDING MUSCLE TAKES TIME..ESPECIALLY FOR LEAN GENETICS WHO ARE HARD GAINERS( YOU WILL APPRECIATE THOSE TYPE OF GENETICS MORE WHEN YOUR 50..LOL)AND TO DO IT NATURALLY..

Sorry to hear how hard you had it, no one should feel like that.
But good for you that you put in the work, to turn that around for the better🙏🏻
F what all the bullies and a**holes have to say, their opinions are as dumb as they are.
Believe in yourself, you got this sh*t💪🏻🙂
I was the bullied kid till I found my true spirit inside. I started boxing, gained muscle and confidence. Went 39-0 in amateurs but had a massive accident that nearly cost me my right hand so had to quit. Took 8 years to completely heal properly, got depressed and started drinking and got hooked on morphine. Meet my gf and came back to reality, I can't box professional but I still train. Good on ya bro for keeping at it ❤
Happy for you brother!!! Good job at not giving up! God bless you!!! ✝️👊🏻✝️💪🏻✝️
Good for you young man , I had much the same story as you and in July it will be 50 years since I first started and I never plan on stopping ..... I've done several amateur bodybuilding shows and what I'm most proud of , is I've never tried steroids . I went from 135 lbs to 210 at my biggest by just putting in the work and eating a lot ! Never Neglect your Training ( keep it up and I'll look forward to seeing your next video )!
Man, you inspired thousands of guys around the world. I have a similar story as you do. Was also bullied at school and now I am 20 kg bigger than I was at school and the university and still gaining
Thanks for that video. You helped me achieve my gains, since the beginning of my journey I've been watching your videos, thanks!
It takes even more strength and resolve to start again once we've stopped for a while. Well done! Your transformation is truly inspirational. That barbell row a 1:33: brilliant form. Love your work.
I am so glad you didn't give up. Your look has beautified the world, and while that may sound shallow, everyone loves seeing beautiful people.
as a 5'11 130 lb 26 yr old youve inspired me to start getting gains and changing the way i look and feel about myself

Bro, watching your video over and over and over, like a lunatic. Its vey inspirational
Your a inspiration pal. Keep up the hard work
Totally get it! Went through the same as a kid back in the 80s. Arnold S inspired me and within years my bullies were fearing me. Trick is to take that and still remain humble and empathetic. Dont become what you hated. Love this story. Hope you continue to pay it forward.
You know, watching how in his second year, he was capable of losing so much muscle mass/definition in a short period of time. Really makes me appreciate the difference in our genetics as I can go 3-4 months without intense exercise and still look as defined/athletic. Mad Love still to Joe Fazer♥️, honestly the reason why I even started working out 2 and a 1/2 years ago
Learning to box and taking some judo would really help along with your weight training. That would shut the bullies up! Your body style is perfect for all of that. You are actually blessed because you will never be fat which is to my mind tougher to over come. Great job buddy. You are an insperation!
Well done. Do what makes you happy and makes you feel good with yourself
Very well done, insane leg and shoulder genetics. Shame the chest is a bit stubborn, looking forward to more improvement! Very inspiring.
Me too. Stayed with the iron for years. The real change after busting my butt for years in weight rooms was after doing one cycle of oral d-bol. Squat went from 275, 1 rep to 12 reps, 6 sets with 405 in 4 weeks. And it was easy. Didn't even break a sweat. No belt, no knee wraps. Never lost the strength or power after just one cycle. Stayed with me my entire life. I'm late 60's now. I still lift. Like it or not, steroids takes one to another level, beyond belief. I never abused or continued use. In my opinion, if one has trained seriously for 5 - 10 years, then do a cycle. Game changer.
good job , believing in yourself is half the battle , doing it everyday is a life choice .
Gone from 62kg to 78kg and still feel like I haven't even started properly - we all gonna make it!!
Bro, you are wonderful, thanks a lot, you are motivating me!
Congratulations. Hard work pays off.
