Field dressing a deer should not be nerve racking, after many requests I have created this simple How to video using a tool called a BUTT OUT in under Literally 5 Minutes.
Field dressing deer properly should be learned from the start of hunting, its not a race how fast one can do this, but the proper HOW TO steps will encourage nervous sportsman to enjoy this task.

I agree, this was very fascinating, perhaps it'll come in handy in a situation where you need to butcher yourself. People tend to forget the process of butchering meat which is why it's good to understand. That doesn't mean I'm gonna stop eating meat tho XD Fuck being vegan, it tastes so bad if you've ever tried vegan meat before. Question, who's tried vegan meat(any type) before?

It took a long time and there are still some idiots that just love to kill something, but for those of us that love being in the outdoors and respect the animals, we do everything we can to ensure they stay here for many years to come. Not to mention, a deer's environment has diminished due to the expansion of cities where folks like you probably live. Which limits the area hunters can hunt and causes deer population explosions. Look up "suburban deer control" if you don't believe me. So who is hurting them worse?

Tying the esophagus was an interesting concept but imho unnecessary. I’ve cleaned many animals in my lifetime including moose, elk, deer, and bear and have never had an issue with stomach contents from the esophagus. But if it makes you more comfortable or confident there certainly is no issue with taking the extra step. I will have to check out the butt out tool though. Typically I end up splitting the pelvis and taking out the cot hole that way. This looks much easier.
