There isn't really anything good about this elevator; even the Lexan buttons are falling apart. This thing rides terribly too, and that is apparent in this video; it needs so much more than a routine cleaning. I like old Otis too (if you call 1982 "old"), but that doesn't make this any less of a neglected piece of shit.

It was in PIK, there was a super market that was just opened years ago (literally when I posted the above comment 6 years ago) the supermarket I believed opened in a what used to be abandoned 2-3 story office space as I went through the back and walked past some abandoned office corner with tables and computers still intact but very dusty. I'm guessing the elevator I rode on wasn't at all fixed it was scary af, was planning to go to the toilet. Walked down the stairs after that .

Yes. From 1982, still wonder if this thing still exist or have been mod into something else newer. All of the passengers elevator were already modernized after an incident in 2014 which one of them crashed to the bottom and injured one guest (source: TripAdvisor).

it's a rare 1982 otis traction elevator with black lexan buttons.
Inside elevator door needs complete replacement. It's been 9.5 yrs. hopefully by now.
It is a good thing that they put markers on the wall for what floor they are really on.
