Omg so i listened to this overnight, but I think my phone stopped after 45 mins OR it stopped on the second play on 45 min but Im not sure. But the point is, that I've alwaya wanted a pear shaped body, and wider hips and thick thighs and a bigger butt. So after i woke up, i got ready and I realized that all of my clothes weren't going over my hips and i got so scared that i gained that much weight but once i Stuffed myself in my mom jeans, I realized that they were fitting as usual, or even a little lose on my waist, but really thigh around my butt! Wow. Just wow. I started to listen to this and after a few minutes I started to feel tingles? on my face. I don’t know how to describe it in English but it was a feeling like when your leg falls asleep and it feels numb so it was like this for a while and when I looked in the mirror my face was more symmetrical than it is normally. So I listened to this last night while cleaning my room then went to sleep. (I wanted a flat stomach and big butt) and this morning I got up and looked in the mirror I had a flat stomach and a bigger butt, I went to school and got compliments from my friends and I usually never do. TYSM

Omg ! apparently I got a day behind lol. Anyways, I did listen to it for 7 days however I had another sub on my regular playlist that was impacting me negatively. So I probs only really listened 3-4 days W/O those negative affects. So for the results I did get, I have defiantly seen a change in my teeth, they look whiter and cleaner than usual. unfortunately I had a bunch of assignments that really stressed me out this week so I ended up getting a breakout (So no real skin improvements) My face has defiantly been looking more defined, and just different so I will say I'm getting closer to my desired face. My waist is still the same size, but my bloating at night has seemed to decrease. And unfortunately due to school stress my social anxiety has been through the roof, so no confidence improvements. Im happy and grateful with the results I have gotten so far !
