Nope, not everything. Hell, Hel and other dark dimensions are mystic (mystical). Ghost Rider(s), Mephisto, Dormammu, Dr. Strange, Nightmare, Loki, Hela, Surtur are all mystical characters. And not all characters from other planets are cosmic. Some are technological.

Dr. Doom, Dormammu, Dr. Stange, Mephisto, the Ghost Rider's (not talking about the cosmic Ghost Rider) all are also mystic characters. Kang is also technological, but has used his technology to manifest cosmic power. Cosmic characters would be the likes: Galactus, Silver Surfer and other Heralds of Galactus, Nova, Ms. Marvel, Thanos, Ronan the Accuser, etc.
They're two different the first Nova deep space is Richard Rider the third one is Richard Rider new warriors and the second one with the champions is Sam Wilson Nova he's on The amazing Spider-Man cartoon how do you not know this dave

Odin builds the Destroyer Armor to battle one of the Hosts of the Celestials, who created the ETERNALS & Deviants, generating the Inhumans in there somewhere, etc., so by THAT you could consider the Destroyer "cosmic"... (Personally, I'm waiting on Marvel to figure that out and have GALACTUS imbue the Destroyer with the Power Cosmic, and serve as his herald... Just saying...!) Vance Astro... Definitely cosmic. He's been alive in that costume OVER a hundred YEARS from the Marvel Boy version in the New Warriors... Funnily enough, his cosmic version was the precursor to his younger self, at least as far as when he FIRST appeared in the comics. Vance Astro was the leader of the ORIGINAL Guardians of the Galaxy team from way back, and then revitalized by Jim Valentino in the late 80's & early 90's, before he teamed up with Jim Lee, Erik Larsen, Todd McFarlane & company to create Image Comics and his own creator owned character, "Shadowhawk"... I loved that Guardians of the Galaxy series and highly recommend that you check it out, since you insist on including Vance Astro in these lists and STILL know VERY little about him... Apparently...
