Bought brand new but had to return because of a charging issue. They sent a used dirty device as replacement which has a speaker problem. It's pointless. Had to return it again and delay my road trip. They make you wait for 2 weeks. This just kills all the excitement.

Tried with the spacers and its definitely not for this helmet, it pushes the speakers into the space where the ear goes making it very uncomfortable immediately. Would like to know your thoughts using it with the helmet seen in the video (mt revenge 2) just so I know it's not only me and I'm doing something wrong.

We use it with the speaker above the lining without spacer and works great. Great for music and communication even at triple digit speeds

I got it installed yesterday 28 jan 2024. While sound quality is superb for music and navigation instructions received through google maps, the phone calls audio is broken with lot of background sounds. Moreover person on other end’s voice is with very high pitch adding to a strong discomfort during conversation. Anyone else with same issue ?

@aashuk same here bro, over all sound is quite good but when it comes to calling the pitch is high and broken

I'm using the exact same helmet in the video the mt revenge 2 and out on the highway anything above 80 kms and the speakers become inaudible due to wind noise. The speaker sound quality in isolation is great, but with this particular helmet it's not great at speeds. What is your experience since you're using the same helmet? Do you recommend using the spacers? I have just put the speakers exactly where the speaker cutouts are!

If the spacers are touching your ear, then the helmet is a correct fit and you can instead follow Tip number 4

I used c30 on smk twister for a year without spacer, it was good, once i installed it on axor apex with spacer, i was blown away with the sound. It is little uncomfortable as its new helmet but wearing a balaclava solves the uncomfortable feeling.
