Years go by, again and again and again, yet, the epicness of this never fades away. And this doesn't even have the vocals. This is truly one of the best tracks from that era. I'm just so glad I was a teen back then I got to listen to it live on clubs. I did not thing it was THIS special then, just so effing damn good. I'm happy to be 39 now and remembering this and confirming: yep, this was special back then.
Im 51 and remember the days of the warehouse raves Energy in Effingham Back to the future Dance 92 at the Brighton centre and my fav club Sterns peace love and happiness to all.
Oh the goosebumps I get of memories treasured but long gone... I had the power of youth then. Every possibility before me. Now, it is al gone. I am thankful for my life right now, but if you are in your early twenties and enjoy where you are, then live life to the fullest!
Honestly.. when this came out.. i heard it in sooo many live sets. .. then all of a sudden it was called "take me away" and had these awful derivative distracting vocals which destroyed it - it was everywhere ... this original shits on the vocal versions [from a great height] 🤘🏾🤗
totally agree!! ........beautiful music doesnt need vocals....how many times ive listened to a song for the first time - getting into it, nice flow, then come the horrid vocals to fuck it all up.
2002 derby uk small local club played this everyone went bonkers pills in the bottles and danced all night next morning went to uni with eyes like a shrimp good times

I'm here with you bro... Every once in a year I come back to pick up some memories... The intro sound is so beautiful: 0:55
I first heard it on Paul van Dyke the politics of Dancing CD 2 back in 2001. I'm 38 years old. I miss those days.

heard Paul van Dyk play this in Chicago in mid 2001 while it was still an unlisted promo vinyl track. So good he had to play it twice.

Agreed. Sadly, the vocal version seems to be more popular.
