  • Here is a pathetic grocery hall in my mobile home. Prices are getting so high, but you can only get what you can get at the grocery store. This is what we could afford but we get to still eat and then update in my lung doctor today.

Happy that your health is improving ❤ I spend about double for the same groceries I always get. Every time I go to the store prices are up.

I thank you so much 😊 ❤️. I agree 100 percent groceries are about double to what they was . It’s really sad too

Good hall for grocery but you could save so much more if you cooked from scratch. Food would go further. A 10-pound bag of potatoes would be many, many meals. A bag of beans many meals. Like burritos, beans and rice, soup. ect. Cheese and crackers or peanut butter and crackers. See channel Dining on a dime to grow rich, has a cookbook worth buying. Tells you how to save money cooking, with everyday ingredients and simple ways to cook. Plus, it is healthier for you. All the additives in the foods prepackaged will keep you sick. I am older grew up poor. We always ate good, my mom cooked completely from scratch. There were 8 of us. Just wanted to share may not work for you but for others may help. I have her older cookbook, and it is great.

I do agree with you, I grew up from home, made scratch meals to and eaten from the garden. I do miss stuff like that. I’m hoping to be able to go back to a lot of that stuff in the future.

another good channel is Laura Legge, she shops for food and does research to make sure you have good enough proteins. Also, I have a bad heart, have switched to vegan mainly. All stuff I make from scratch. I still eat eggs, fish once a week, meat once a week. The rest of the time I eat beans, etc. Has helped a lot. Eat yogurt, sauerkraut, kimchi, or any pickled thing, to help replace the good Bacteria the antibody kills all bacteria. Peace!

Almost everything you bought is highly processed food, not good for your health, nor is red meat....if you want good health for as long as possible, consider a more plant forward diet.

I do completely agree I do need to healthy diet but at the moment I need to gain weight

@@Kimberly_Shipley the junk food may help with the weight gain, but if you have been sick, concentrate first on your nutrition and boosting you immune system. This means whole foods, plenty of fresh veggies and fruit, and if you eat meat , eat only chicken and fish.

You might want to do some research. The vegetables contain oxylates learn what that is. Only meat eggs and butter salt and coffee. Only! Cured all my nerve damage from being blown up in the military. Also clean skin at 55. Carnivore diet gas changed lives. Don't be a sheep eat one.❤@@bambismomkelly7423

Congratulations on your health getting better. Grocery prices are through the roof and it’s not good, I have been cooking at home and not going to my favorite restaurants anymore.

I'm not trying to judge, but you could get a ton of real food for what you paid for this. You can just put aside one night, afternoon or morning a few times a month and make frozen meals to last the month. Actually might find you are saving a bunch. Please do it because you have health issues and your body will only help you if you help it :)
