Every game I play on Madden, Swift always gets at least 100 all-purpose yards. Surprisingly Rome gets the most yards, Moore gets the most targets, and Allen is a sure-thing for contested catches. I no longer cry when playing with my Bears on Madden. It's nice.

The real question is the Offensive Line. Swift had Phillys O line and a hall of fame Center last year
Our OTs are good, Jenkins is good when he’s healthy, Shelton will be average at best, Davis is alarming hopefully Amegadgie will be healthy on time.

Actually the RB room was solid but nothing special before Swift, but now it is much improved. I actually hope we lean on the running game for a few games while Caleb gets his feet under him.

Don't think opposing D can afford to stack the box too often. Bears will tote the rock top 15.

Foreman should have been RB1 last year and Johnson should have been RB2. Johnson had MUCH less carries and better production from those carries.
Johnson is actually RB2 behind Swift on depth chart rn

It would be ideal to keep Khalil because he has always excelled when chasing the starter trying to win the starting position. Check the stats going back throughout his career, even before NFL

Just read that Williams and Odunze are 2 of 5 1st round picks who have yet to sign with their respective teams. There are rumors that Williams is trying to circumvent the CBA and get a huge contract.

I think with the new kickoff rules that it doesn't hurt to have a talented and crowed running back room,because you could plug in one of them to return kick.

Used RB by committee last year. Herbert should have been RB3.
I think Kahlil Herbert is a better RB. He led the league in ypc in 2022

Die hard Bear fan here. I think we are overvaluing the Bears way too much. While we look very good on offense and decent on defense (minuse the D-line) Keep in mind that the Bears have never proven that they are a legitimate constant threat. Plus Green Bay and Detroit are also good teams and potentially playoff bound. I'm finally all in on Caleb Williams, but let's dial back on all the guaranteed playoff rhetoric.
People use the word a “legitimate threat” loosely the way this offense looks it is a threat to defenses and to go back to it the chiefs were never a “threat” now teams looks at the chiefs as the hardest game on the schedule

I find it so funny how he keep saying "Khalil Herbert isn't a great catcher" lol. Has he not been doin his homework hard enough lol. Between both of their season last year, both Swift and Herbert caught the ball pretty good lol and to be honest. In receiving yards. Swifts last year receiving yards aren't to far ahead of Herberts and he had way more attempts than Herbert. This is Herbert with way less targets and completions, compared to Swift. So you think about it. Which is more impressive.. I'm talking my chances with Herbert, it's due to the fact that, he was out with and injury and Swift managed to barely get over 100 receiving yards, compared to Herbert's receiving yards last year. Imagine if Herbert played a whole season, I highly believe he would've surpass Swift in receiving yards and rushing yards. His (Herbert) rushing yards wasn't to far from Swift either. Which is why I'm not sold to much on Swift, gotta wait until the season starts. He declined the 2nd half of the season. He must didn't watch Herbert his Virginia Tech days, that guy was catching everything out in the field. Deep passes to, wasn't just no "more check downs" either. Plus he can run the ball pretty well to. I just don't understand why he keep saying he isn't a good catcher lol. That's mind boggling to me lol.

Swift as our RB1 is not very exciting imo. Avg receiving RB with an Eagles o line. This will be a committee more than people think.

To be honest we've had so much turnover on the offense this year and coaching staff and personnel... I'm going to be happy with a 9 or 10 win season with a rookie QB.

Still the dumbest signing we was a top5 running team two years in a row could have found an udfa to spark Herbert and Johnson. And speaking of Johnson is anyone getting sick of poles not nailing his picks drafted two kickers in his tenure? Overpaying swift means you don’t have confidence in Johnson. Drafting an injured lt after you drafted Braxton? Drafting three dt’s in one draft no starters yet? He nails his secondary but you can’t play safeties and cb ‘s every where?!?! I just think three years and he still hasn’t found a top 15 center or dt? Philly has the best OL in football. The Bears OL is trash. Don’t get carried away boys. Poles continues to ignore the biggest issue.

Fields was good and bad for our rbs, good becsuse our rush atrack was one of the leagues best , bad becsuee he took away carries from them with designed runs , so u csnt blame them becsuee they ran less.

Swift will be the least valuable offensive player after this season. We will quickly see why he didn't succeed in Detroit with their line and why he was barely an 1,000 yard runner when he was RB1 in Philly.
