JASPER | The Best Place in Canada?

In this vlog I start off in Banff where I attempt to hitchhike my way to Jasper with a lad I met in the hostel. Car rentals in Banff are booked months in advance so that wasn't an option.
We had to settle on the Brewster bus as it was the only option at that point.
The drive from Banff to Jasper on highway 93 known as the Icefields Parkway through The Columbia Icefields, is said to be one of the greatest drives on the planet.
With such a short amount of time to spend in Jasper I didn't have much time to explore so decided on a hike to the Old Fort Point which was close to downtown Jasper. Don't let the beware of bear signs put you off. It's an amazing hike. Especially walking over the Athabasca River it's absolutely stunning.
To kill some time as I waited for my train to Edmonton I went to the Whistle Stop Pub for a burger and a pint as it came highly recommended.
