In the footage from the left, Billy bob has the “heavy eyebrows/90s version of his mask, and it was changed out afterwards in favor of his usual mask. (As shown in the footage from the right). And this was done because the “heavy eyebrows/90s” Billy bob mask was sculpted with a defect, as the mouth was very shallow, and the mask tore very quickly, hence, its replacement.

Theres a gift shop behind that stage (or was) so i got my genuinely creeped out kid vibes looking through a door in the gift shop at them freezing like dead corpses every time the curtain closed. oh the memories!

mini stages are a fun thing ain't they? this is a varation of the classic show (For some reason Showbiz gave the smaller stores a very VERY toned down version of the show with only 4 of the 8 characters.....it failed horribly and it was kind of forgotten kind of not and kind of resurfaced in the 90s in some indapendt chains kind of)
On the left and right angle, they look like complete ly different animatronics, example is Mitzi. 7:45 in the right, she has tounge and her mask is kinda messed up, and Fatz.... 3:43 in the right, his jaw is barely moving and something is wrong with his eyes, And in the RIGHT 3:48 his eyes is fine and his jaw is perfectly fine.
I’ve been a fan of showbiz for years (despite being too young to have ever been able to see them...) and I’ve been visiting tweetsie for as long as I can remember, because my sister used to work there and my papaw did as well, (my moms family is from Boone) thank you for posting this! My mom had told me about showbiz being at tweetsie but it’s really cool to actually get to see it!
Funny to see this again. I operated a candle shop next to this show back in 1994. I think that was the first year. Hearing this show day in and day out several times a day drove me crazy. Cool to see this video though. Wonder where this show went after Tweetsie did away with it?

Looney Bird CEC when I was there in '94, the black curtain wasn't there, and you could see in a window behind them where a shop was on the other side of the wall
It showed at tweetsie railroad (an amusement park) awhile back in the early 2000’s and I guess it wasn’t popular enough so they shut it down. They have weeks where characters visit (people in costumes such as Dora and spongebob) and I’m guessing it was maybe like that??
tweetsie railroad is still open, and you can still go inside the building where the show played. they also still have the show, but it's in storage. they use billy bob and Mitzi for props in the haunted house, which is actually in the building where the show played

Yeah. I think over time her mask hardened and the snaps on the sides of her mask that attach it to the fiberglass skull tore off, thus giving the mask no support, save for the fur thats glued on holding it there and where its attatched to her mouth clevis.
I would keep these days as a kid in the past.I still remember when I was 3 I would cry and be tortured by these guys.Never again will I see you animatronics ever again.I still fear 😱 these guys.

It is melted badly yes, you can clearly see it's all deformed. Probably they replaced it in the time frame between the two recordings.
