    In terms of educational content this channel is very effective. One of the best channels in terms of clear explanations. Well done.

    Impressive, I have to learn and practice a lot more if I want to achieve a result like that.

    Very nice work, great finish. I particularly like these longer form videos that cover one subject from start to finish. Keep it up, and thanks for sharing this, it's much appreciated. Can't wait to see what you have in store for us next!

    This is nice. I can't see myself going this far into weathering a tank, but I haven't started a kit yet. Keep up the good work.👍

    Those are some ancient looking Humbrol jars but the paint looks nice and fresh!

      Some like H159 at least 15 years old. If air doesn't get to them they have a very long shelf life.

    Great video, my compliments! You show that by using the more classic techniques, which might old fashioned according to some, you're still able to make a first class model! I really enjoyed this video from start to finish!

    An exceptional piece of work SWM, I shall 'favourite' this vid for future reference. A thing I've noticed in all tank builds, on many chanels, is the underside detail. I'm not a tank modeller [except my apprentice piece in the 80's when dry-brushing was the big thing including rust effects and polishing weapons with pencil lead] or a real tank expert BUT...I imagine the underside would be deeply scoured and gouged after crashing through so much heavy masonary etc. Its a detailling effect I've never seen added. Just a thought...

    Looked through your channel but couldn't find the first video - why not link it in the description?

    Muy bueno, but seem so difficult for me. Very big number of steps but make it nice in the finish.

    Hello. Have you thinned the dark wash or are you using it neat? Thanks.

    • @scalewarmachines
      @scalewarmachines  5 років тому

      Probably slightly thinned. Undiluted has its place (e.g. pin washes) but it's a bit too intense. Of course, it depends on the characteristics of the wash and manufacturer you are using.
