Amazing video! It's so great that you share your love for the ocean. Scuba diving is such an amazing water activity and it's lovely to see you enjoy it, keep going with these great videos. If it doesn't bother yoy, I'd like to give you a suggestion, a tip for the next videos: Basically, you could try inserting some comic and funny stuff... to give everyone a pinch of humor that, in the world of diving, can never be missing. Now, I don't think much of it, but the first thing I could think of in your sport might be peeing in the water. Once, my uncle, who is a scuba diver, peed in his wetsuit during a long diving session and that moment was absolutely funny, he even wrote "I’m peeing" on a waterproof notebook during the session. He has always been telling me that there are 2 types of divers and swimmers: those who pee in the water and those who lie. I know it may sound strange as a request but, in my opinion, these are moments of happiness and carefree that always make everyone smile. I hope you like the idea and I hope you have a wonderful day!

Love the video, it will help me a lot. I have been diving a Hollis SMS 100 for years and I still struggle with the setup. Do you see a possibility to do a setup video on it? I would love to see your take on this BCD. The biggest change I made to it was to swap the inflator hose and dump valve. This way the inflator comes from the side and the dump valve is on the left-hand shoulder. Then I extended the dump valve cord so it's more accessible like the SMS 75, and it's actually useful because it's located on top of the wing unlike the SMS 75. If you would like some photos, let me know.

I am having an issue with SMS75 to release the air in horizontal position. In the vertical position its not a problem but in the horizontal all air ports are underneath the BCD and the air doesn't like to flow down to flow up. Is there any way to unsawn the wing from the rest of the harness and flip it upside down ?

Interesting, i have a Hollis hybrid system. The fit is never an issue, works great with a twinset and stage although is way big for wreck penetration. I do like the stripped down rigs like the XDeep Stealth 2 and the Apeks WRX range, my querry is re lift capacity, do you find 18 or 19 kg of lift adequate for open water conditions, there seems to be two schools of thought on lift capacity, some say more is safer some prefer minimal could you comment on required lift please

Hi Chris, make sure to watch this video. I think it will address the issue with do you need much lift from the wing or not www.sidemounting.com/lesson/technical-divers-multi-stage-drysuit-20-min/ Regards, Steve

Imagine if Frodo borrowed Aragorns sidemount harness to pass the flooded sections of Moria. I wonder if Gandalf knew where to make the D ring adjustments.
