A name for the complex could be "Manorfall", as a nod to the Woodland Mansion that was demolished for the docks. As for a new name for the express why not "The Marlin". Its a sporty fish and the ocean is the biggest natual feature of a dockyard.
I have an idea for a name called Beard-All-Rain valley, because It's always raining. Or another name idea I had it's Beard-You-Create valley.
One thing you might want to add to the stations - Water towers. You're using steam trains after all, and they need both sand and water refills.

@@leogibbons4790 the sand is used for grip on icy rails. There are sand dispensers near the wheels that spray sand on the track.
Not just slippery or wet tracks. It added traction in general, especially on higher grade rail.
For the station and the town's name, I think it should be; "Kelpstone Wharf" and the train should be called; "The Seaway"

For the train, maybe 'Veridian Voyager' would be a cool name?

And diesels-electric. And oil ones. Ang gas turbine ones. And steam-electric. And I think steam-oil hybrids are a thing too with literally two structures on top of each other, each powering the train at different speeds.

The station looks great! I almost want to suggest adding a village nearby to use said station as a finishing touch if you have any room left when you finish the industrial complex.

For the station name I recommend : “Beard’s Cove”
Perhaps Beardies Cove is a better name.

After how long you’ve been doing the trains and everything, you should have an episode where you show a full trip from the passenger POV, getting on the train, finding a seat, looking out the window at the scenery going by, etc. It would also show everybody just how big the world’s gotten, you always skip travel time, so it’s hard to keep in mind just how much you’ve done up to this point.
I think a food factory would fit very well. You could build a burger factory or sweets factory
I know that hunting scene took ages. Man pulled it off beautifully.
For a coastal place I like "something Shoals" as a name
Maybe Darkwood Shoals since that's a darkoak forest biome? Darkwood could work on its own as well.

My suggestion for aname would be Beardshore or a variation of it. (Beardshore docks, Beardshore city, etc)
as for the train, i saw viridian voyager mentioned and i quite like that name as well
If there ever is a train that collects fish/food it should be named the FLYING KIPPER.
Long time train fans will get the reference to a certain train in the past.
Or maybe a ghost train could be made as a Halloween episode that from then onwards would activate once per night and the down the line.
The name of the Train can be "The Coastal Express" and for the dock it can be "Old Lobster Bay Harbor." Anyways that's my suggestion. The builds were amazing and loved the hunting montage 😅.

I like the idea of a dedicated food district, I think in a flower forest would be really cool, with some cherry trees around and such. But also there you could make some of the more nature-y items in the world. A honey farm might be a cool idea as well

Could make small auto food farms within those fast food stores on passenger station. As for name suggestion for the area, honestly being called the "Dockyards" sounds good to me.
I think the area could be named Beardston (yes I was inspired by Brighton which is a coastal city in the UK!) and the production stuff would be Beardston Industrial Zone

You should put windows on the backside of the restaurant seating area so patrons can see out towards the bay.

Call it Stubble bay! I know bays aren’t really dockyards but still I like it! Stubble as in beard stubble, of course. I also like veridium port, it’s got a nice ring to it. Or mix both!

I thought of Kelptea (Port). The "port" part can be changed to anything, Wharf, shoal, dock, but Kelptea is quite creative, since you love tea (so do i!), The dock's first Boat is a Kelp boat, and Kelptea kind of sounds like the Mythical creature Kelpie from many mythologies, most prominently Scottish, Irish and Slavic mythology.

for the docks, use the name 'signage storeyard' because of all the signs and for the train call it the 'steampower stress' because of the amount of trains there are it must be stressful.
You should add a diner train car to the passenger train.
Also, the new passenger train should be called The Beardie Express.
I think you should call the area the Thneed Factory, and the train the Once-ler Wagon.
Could you have just a hand crank on the mixer/slicer in the burger bar -- so it's like the staff turn it on when they're cooking? Also it'd be pretty funny to have cows running the burger bar behind the counter too.

With you already using the Graffiti, I think it'd look really cool to add some actually graffiti-looking ones around. Maybe make some custom tags that can be resused over and over again. Especially now that people who don't work there could easily take the passenger train, there's NO way these brick buildings wouldn't be treated like an empty canvas

You should name the town “New Beard City”
If you add in some droppers with the food recipe items you could add a button press to make those recipe signs functional. Little working greasy spoon. Town name... Maybe Stubble Wharf? Stubble Point, Stubble Landing? Keeps your beard theme but mixes it up a little.
Create Slice&Dice can automatally cut any cutting board recipe, but there is another addon to cook with Create

"East Beardew Company" or "East Beardstone Company" for the warehouse & dock area. Sense i'm assuming eventually it'll be your way of transporting across the ocean.
For the Town Name, I can see it being called "San-Dune Coast" And for the train, I'd go with timversteeg2826's "Veridian Voyager".
Diesel locomotives are quite common also. And some look have this 1960 american style. It would go pretty well with your trucks for instance.
Put an enchantment ,,a bait III" on your fishing rod, it will attract more fish
I have a suggestion, what if you use some names from TB, to name your stations, cities etc. A example whisper port, slack station, or the fox stop.

I recently built a meat farm using entity cramming, each block can only have up to 24 entities on it, so whenever animals are bred one of them dies. I put belts under the animals, so the produce gets automatically transferred to chests and hooked up an automatic crop farm to keep it going. It produces TONS of meat and is very compact!
At this point, this man may as well be a Minecraft industrialist

i wish there was some kind of npc mod that could interact with create. so the world feels more alive and you can actually see people go on the train and off it and maby even npc interacting with create stuff
