- A former commander of presidential guard unit’s SFC has cautioned the current commanders against laxity in guarding the President.
Major General Geoffrey Muhesi who is now an advisor to Somalia’s President on security matters says guarding the president is one of the most sensitive and hardest tasks that require total commitment.
He tipped the commanders during the pepping ceremony of the newly promoted Special Forces command officers in Entebbe.
