Thank you for your reaction. So, this song talks a lot about Cambodia's culture and yes it takes place in Museum. Thus, the lyrics mainly talk about our culture, traditions, and our legend. As you can see through the lyrics that was provided in the video, Vannda mentioned multiple names and feel free to should check them out. Just type 'Sin Sisamuth', he is our legend and always will. Appreciated your video bro.
2 things here about Cambodian/Khmer arts. 1. Chapei Dong Veng ចាប៉ីដងវែង is a Cambodian musical tradition closely associated with the life, customs and beliefs of the Cambodian people. It features the chapei (a type of lute often played at cultural festivals) accompanied by singing. Song lyrics range from the educational and a type of social commentary, to satire while incorporating traditional poems, folk tales or Buddhist stories. 2. Ah-Yai អាយ៉ៃ is the ancient form of Cambodian art requiring poetry writing skills and flexibility. Usually, the artist will be singing about traditional, cultural, educational, and social topics. To be a recognized artist of either one of them, they have to read and practice a lot to master the flow of their poetry. We can say that Cambodia has long had its own form of ancient rap, but with positive and educational content only. Master Kong Nay is the legendary of Chapei Dong Veng artists in Cambodia. We’ve been waiting around 30 years to finally see the Cambodian artists who know best how to integrate traditional and modern music as one masterpiece. [ Edited - apology guys, was writing it too quickly caz I was very very very overwhelmed and very proud of this whole MV production ]
Master Kong Nay is the old man in the video.. one of the oldest and finest artist in Cambodia Two legends from a different generation with the same heart beat.

Master Kong Nay (born 1946) is a Cambodian musician who plays the chapei dong veng. He is one of relatively few great masters to have survived the Khmer Rouge era, and is known as the "Ray Charles of Cambodia". Thank for your reaction bro 🇰🇭💕
If I may, let me drop a lil 411 on Master Kong Nay. He is 77 years old & a blind Cambodian music legend from way back before the wars & genocide. They killed off almost every wealthy, educated & intelligent Khmers including famous Khmers in the entertainment industry. If you so much as to wear or own reading glasses… yo ass was killed, straight up. They kept all the really poor & uneducated folk alive to work the farms & do hard labor. They were treated as slaves. The children were trained to be soldiers, many forced to kill their own parents & family members. Many escaped & those who were lucky went into hiding or were on the run to nearby refugee camps in neighboring countries. The fact that we still have Master Kong Nay is a true blessing. We are so fortunate to still have him alive & well to tell the stories through his music… which is where the “testify” part comes into this. He is a true legend, one of the last few surviving members of our great past before things went dark in our country. Cambodians from around the world honor him. We love & respect him. He is the true OG of classic Cambodian music. 🇰🇭
Kong Nay is "Jabi Dang Veng" player as you can see he performed on the MV. and I can say Jabi Dang Veng is legendary of rapping. for more info you can follow this link : ua-cam.com/video/QVw3Fa2CmR0/v-deo.html

The Champei, whose sound had excited him from childhood, turned out to be the perfect instrument. Within two years of beginning his studies at the age of fifteen Kong Nay began to perform professionally. His reputation grew quickly, and he soon earned the nickname Kong "handsome" Nay. During the Khmer Rouge genocide, Kong Nay, like so many other Cambodians, was forced to word for long hours with little food. Unlike most of his fellow musicians, however, Kong Nay was unbelievable spared from the regime's attempts to wipe out intellectuals an artists.
